​Scriptures on Worship Dance

There are over ten Hebrew words and around six Greek words that can be translated as 'dance'. Each word includes in its meaning: to twist, whirl, spin, leap, stomp, run, spring, jump, skip, light and agile, turn, march, walk, revolve, surround a border; procession, company, to use or extend or gesture with the hands, to show or point out with the hands; a sacrifice of praise, thanksgiving and celebration.
